just fyi - your age, weight and height are of no value for determining your size of a bikini.
i usually buy my swimwear from Victoria's Secret and wear the same size as i do in the bras and underwear. That said, based on your measurements I would say you are a either a 32A or 34B top and XS or S for the bottom.
Victoria's secret makes the greatest swimsuits.
