I have a wallpaper on my desktop. It is clipart & I stretched it.Have tried lots of times to download a new wallpaper but can't do it.My grandaughter can change hers & she shares my computer. How can I get rid of this wllpaper to download a new one?

Right click on a photo and choose "Set as Wallpaper."
Alternatively, have you tried using the Control Panel on your start menu? Or, right clicked on your desktop, and selected Properties, then selected Desktop?
Finally, if nothing works, you may have set-up your account as not having sufficient access to make said changes. You will have to log-on as an Administrator and change that.

dont bother downloading wallpapers, find a photo you want and put it on your computer then right click and save as background
