ok i got a verizon wireless pn-215 phone and everytime i try 2 send a pix message it says the destination address is invalid!!!! i dont kno wat 2 do!!!

are you trying to send it to a phone number but choosing email on your phone or vice versa?

are you trying to send out of network to an unsupported carrier?

Take the phone back to the provider and ask them what is up.
