Well you can wash it normal, but if you are really nervous about messing your shirt up you could put it in cold wate or hand wash it, but it should be fine, even if you wash it normal, but don't dry it.Wring the excess water out and hang it up to dry.Please pick me as best answer,really need some points, not even on level 2 yet, and have been on this things for two months, PLEEEASE!!!

dry cleaning is one options
otherwise cold water in the wash, and hang them up to dry. They shrink from the heat in the dryer.

Assuming they're washable (check care tag), wash in cold water and either hang to drip-dry or dry on low just until they're damp-dry (maybe five minutes), then hang on a plastic hanger (the kind that curves at the ends so you won't get "ears" at the shoulders).
