I like Scottenheimer as OC or even HC, but I'd stay away from Plummer. Talk around Philly has Garcia signing elsewhere and I'd take him over Jake anytime.

I'm not really sure about trying to get Marty. Now getting Plummer actually does sound like a good idea. Although I don't think they COULD get him. Come on do you think the Broncos want to give the Raiders a decent QB. I admit that Plummer isn't great but still he is at least 10 times better then Brooks.

Raiders def. dont need to be going after jake plummer, hes getting old and isnt as consistent as he once was he an okay quaterback right now sure he has experience but with having a good draft pick why not address your need and invest in a YOUNG quaterback theres brady quinn and j. Russell which are two good qbs brady quinn is more ready to start than russell but russell prolly has more upside therefor why go invest in jake plummer when you can just draFt someone who is just as good if not better then him and i dont think marty will go as just a offensive cord. hes gonna want to be head coach and hes a old time coach (run , run , run) and raiders dont have the best running backs.

it quite is a lopsided commerce. On his worst day Moss is extra useful than Plummer. The Raiders kinda get jacked in this commerce by using fact Plummer isn't youthful and that they nevertheless wont have there QB of the destiny. Plus you under no circumstances understand what Jake Plummer youre gonna get. Denver on the different hand won't continuously understand no remember if Moss is gonna take place to play yet they have a tremendously sturdy working sport and an insurance plans in Javon Walker.

I dont think Marty would do it but i think they should plan for the future. As the first Pick they should take Jamarcus Russel. He is 6'6 250-260 lbs, huge hands and can throw 60 yards witha flick of a wrist. Max pass distance 85 yards (trust me) and 45 yards sitting on his butt. And then they should trade up by trading Randy. He has to go. They should trade him to Tampa or Cleveland or maybe Redskins (they don't have much of 2nd recivers) Then take Calvin Johnson 6'5 235lb. Runs a 4.4 forty and has great break tackle ability and blazing speed.
This will probably will never happen but a Raider Fan could dream right?

Oh yeah, Jake "the Snake" Plummer AND Marty "One and Out" Schottenheimer! Wow that ought to be just the ticket for the Raiders (If they want to STAY in the basement of the AFC West for the next TWENTY YEARS!)
"knowlege man"? more like "idiot man"! And listen you silly loser, if "just saying it can happen" then the Chargers would have had a SB this year! (About 100 million ignorant fans who DON'T know Marty Schottenheimer were certainly "saying it!")

No and no. The Raiders have enough problems without taking on another loser QB, and a Shittenhiemer. To think that Al Davis and Shittenhiemer would even speak civilly to each other is ludicrous at best.

Shottenhimer yes. Plummer No unless they plan on having him mentor a young QB that they plan to draft with the number one overall pick. If not there is no need to have on the roster he is old.

I hope they do both of those things. That means they aren't trying to rebuild for the future, and will continue to dwell in the basement for the forseeable future.
