I think they just used that word to sound Eastern European and it has no real meaning in the context of the sentence

MUSHKA LITERALLY MEANS 'LITTLE FLY' IN RUSSIAN. And is a name often given to female pets. One of the Russian dogs in space in Sputnik 2 was called Mushka.
It is also Jewish woman's name. That comes from Yiddish and is a female version of Moshe.

Therefore the sentence would be SOCIALIZING (hanging) with my PEOPLE/ friends/comrades (peeps) and DRINKING quickly (downing) some Mushka.
So the use of Mushka in this sentence is most likely just for effect to add an Eastern European feel to it.

Though it could have a sexual / crude context as in consuming a girl but I think this is unlikely.
