why english is so hard?

For native speakers or foreigners? For native speakers it is hard because in everyday language we do not use gramatically correct senttences. For foreigners, it is hard because the grammar and sentence structure is different from most other languages, and nearly every "rule" has an exception.

I don't know. I've heard that it is really hard, but, alas, it is my first language.
