It is a trojan and each and every time I attempt to remove it from the system, I receive the message that it can not be completely deleted from the system. Why is this happening? Anyone know what I can do to get rid of this trojan permanently?

Also this trojan never shows up when I go on the Norton Anti-Virus.

The Norton Anti-Virus I have also detects and removes Spy Ware, not just viruses.

its a rootkit made by sony to stop music piracy. look it up in the news, they got sued over it. it prevents computer users from accessing cds on their pcs. rootkits almost always permanently infect system files or devices. they are near impossible to clean off.

you probably got it from an audio cd produced by sony or downloaded an infected audio file.
