And it says to add 1 teaspoon for every 10 gallons. How much should I add (in terms of drops) if I need to add .5 ml? For my 1 gallon tanks?

Like the other said, it's better to go over than not use enough so 5-6 drops will certainly do it

I had the same problem. I have a ten gallon tank so it was no problem adding a teaspoon to it but when I did water changes, then I had no idea how many drops to put in the one gallon containers I used to replace the water with. So I got a teaspoon and counted how many drops it took to make a teaspoon full. I counted 65 drops for a teaspoon full. So I divided 10 into 65 which equals 6.5 drops per gallon. Really, I use 7 drops per gallon.

On other bottles it says "1 Teaspoon per 10 US gallons or 10 drops per gallon". Since its non-toxic I'd be cautious and rather add too much than too little.

I would use 4 drops. The new Aqua Safe bottles come with Beneficial bacteria that's a good idea.

You just use one tenth of what it says.

That will be about 2-3 drops. Its ok if your slightly over or under the amount. It works that well.

one ml is 20 drops from an eye dropper. [learned this in chemistry lab] so if you need half of a ml that would be 10 drops.

good luck!!
