Depends on which Queen you mean if it was our present queen it would not be as worth as much as say Queen Victoria for example and also if it is an original or a print, and the condition counts for a lot on value

which type of queen, from which country. Could be a portrait of a Queen Bee. So it would depend, on the subject and the artist, rarity and which medium it is painted, water colour oil paints, acrylics, on canvas or wood, on a coin(Sovereign), that would determine the exact value. Not enough info here to determine, the true value, if oil paint on canvas of a monarch(Not the butterfly) or (Airlines), our current queen or from when did the queen reign
