Quisling in Norway and Petain in France.

France also had a collaborator named Laval (executed after the war) unlike Petain who although sentenced to death was held in prison for life at the request of de Gaulle. Quisling in Norway thought very highly of himself but was of little use to the Germans. He too was executed after the war.
