What's it mean?

I didn't know what to put in the question box. I asked my teacher for help, and she came up behind me and put her boobs in my back and left them there the whole time she was helping me. Why would she do this? Hopefully it was just accidental.

It could mean lots of things, she could just have big boobs and is used to them being in contact with others, she could have no feeling in her boobs(implants), or she could be flirting.
