I think too many people are using names that end in "aden" either way. I named my son Jayden, because it was a name that i hadn't heard before, then i find out that everyone is naming or has named their child Jaden, Jayden, Aiden, Caden, etc... I'm so disappointed, I didn't know my son's name wasn't going to be very unique.

No offense to anyone named Caden, but even if only one person on this entire planet were named Caden, it would still be overused.

Definitely. And keep in mind all the other rhyming "Aidan" variants -- Braden, Hayden, Jadon, etc. -- and their numerous misspellings.

Any name that sounds like Aidan is part of the biggest trend out there right now. I'd keep looking.

I've never heard the name before. Nothing like your kid's first day at school and seven other kids are named the same as his.

It is becoming VERY popular but I am going to use it for my baby boy when I have one..maybe even for a girl! 10 years ago it wasn't that popular but I guess it is today.
