my computer might have a virus? limeiwre contiues to open and i cant open task manager using any method!?

msconfig doesnt work so i un installed it and now it doesnt open it just tells me that there is an error. what can i do before i re-do my windows.

Yes, you do have a virus, one of the characteristics is that it blocks opening Task Manager.

Run your Anti-virus software
or get AVAST and run it.
Get FREE Home version of an excellent anti-virus software = AVAST

Install > run > do a thorough scan
and allow it to run on your computer all the time.
Whatever it finds > select DELETE
