He reminds me of my dad in some ways, and in other ways, he reminds me of the way I wish my dad was......if that makes any sense.......I think he's great! I loved both of him most popular shows, but love "anything" at all that bob newhart shows up in.......any comments at all on bob newhart...........thanks....

I, too, liked both of his prime-time shows. I like him also from seeing him on late-night talk shows--he used to appear on Johnny Carson a lot. He looks like he has a lot of fun when he performs. He is good friends with comedian, Don Rickles--who I like, but he's a contraversial character.
