According to the Harvard website, taking the SAT more than twice has been statistically proven to be detrimental to your scores. However, a 2120 is probably not good enough to get you into one of the most elite colleges unless you have a stellar transcript and amazing extracurriculars. Actually, the SAT scores do not really weigh that heavily with the most selective colleges, since practically all of their applicants have the highest scores anyway. The transcript, rec letters, essays, and extracurriculars are what makes or breaks your application. Good luck.

These are excellent scores and make you competitive at highly selective colleges. However, you will most likely need to take at least two or three SAT II exams as well.

Remember, colleges do not accept students on test scores alone though. You'll need a strong activities, volunteer and maybe even employment record that shows evidence of leadership and an ability to contribute to our world.

I do not recommend that you take the SAT Reasoning again. You might take the ACT with Writing, just to see how you do. Colleges will usually take whichever is higher. And some schools prefer the ACT.

Great SAT Reasoning scores! Congratulations.

Those scores are well within the range you want them, and even better, are pretty evenly balanced. Your SAT should never be your strongest point in your application-- even more important are your subject tests, extracurriculars, and GPA
