God of War Movie:Rumor has it. The rights have been bought?

I think it should be directed by one of these four (Peter Jackson, Tim Burton, possibly Tarrintino, or that Sin City Guy :) ). All can contribute their various geniuses in their interpretations of darkness. I think Vin Diesel would be ideal for the role of Kratos. However, his nose is too wide and musculature isn't that imposing. Nathan Jones (Fearless, Troy, The Protector) would be perfect for the role. He would be convincing as Kratos if his speaking role wasn't too big. Christopher Lambert would be great as Ares because his facial features and structure is similar. Since the narrator began as an actress, she can be reused in the Movie. The plot would remain the same, slightly modified to fit time constraints. If done correctly, (trueness to game, capturing the nuances of the main characters, and not rushed) it has the making of a phenomenal movie/visual experience experience.

If the guy who hepled direct and write sin city, and is releasing 300 in a few weeks did God of Wars movie, we would be in for one hell of a treat. Peter Jackson probably wont due to him still trying to get the Halo movie made. Burton... while he does some great movies, i dont think he would portray the violence of GoW properly. Tarrentino would, but i dont really like his movies all that much personally. If we really wanted a great GoW movie we should start praying for Bryan Singer (xmen 1 and 2) or Sam Raimi (Spider Man and Evil Dead) to do it.

What a pastime what a ****** pastime, the two are absolutly mind-blowing save you entertained for days, get the GOW1 then GOW2 to maintain on with the storyline and whilst GOW3 comes out you may wish that

yes, just hope that is is not Uwe boules, he does a lot of video game movies. he ruined alone in the dark. and next one will b e dungeon siege.
