There is no official ranking available about Kolkata Branch of IFCAI. In general it is good. Among IFCAI, Hyderabad is the best. But I enquired one of my relative who had done MBA in finance from IFCAI, Calcutta, and he talked very high about the standards of other business schools other than IIM. So if you intend doing a course there you can proceed with that. Best of luck-

Among the private management institutions its in 4th or 5th rank.
Certificates is being acknowledged in many organizations. Also job record is quite good.
