Go to the control panel. Select user accounts and you can change your password there.

What kind of Password are you trying to change? If its a Windows Password it is under control panel and User Accounts

Click on “My Account” beside “Sign Out”. On the Welcome Back Verify your Password page, enter your current password. Click “Continue”. On the Review My Account Information page click on Change Password link. After putting in your current password once and your new password twice, click on the “Save” tab.

Depends on where it is.

Most programs (such as hotmail/yahoo mail) will allow you to change your password, and will give you step-by-step instruction.
