Does anyone have any advice on how i can be a disney voice actor?

i want to do animation voices like esmerelda and madilline in huchback of notre dame. or any type of animation. If you have any information to gaive please do

Voiceover actors rarely leave those jobs. Often the same actors have been doing voiceovers for years.
