it is puzzling to define. for my section I see happiness by using fact the choice of sadness. Happiness could not exist in a undertaking without a individual being there to make a judgment call. So happiness is a private element.

Happy is reaching into the fridge for the carton of milk, and it isn't empty.
Happy is getting ready to do the laundry and everything is actually in the basket, not next to it
Happy is reading the school calender incorrectly and realizing the kids really do have school that day.
