With Iraq already in such upheaval, it would actually make sense that that could be the place for positive growth or change. The Iraqis face life-threatening situations daily. Their faith is being attacked and challenged frommany different perspectives, most often from other muslims (of different sects), who are also the ones putting their lives at risk.
I think that Iraq, finding itself in an unstable and untenable situation, may find religious reformation possible in the process of their political and social reformation (or perhaps the key to their political and social reformation).
Of course, the United States is in no position to lead or direct any such reformation since we are generally distrusted by the islamic world.

The Gulf States, Turkey, Egypt, and Jordan in the First tier
Iraq later on. The movement is still small but it is growing. Irshad Manji has been selling her book in those countries. It is Moslem Women who are the agents of change. The last to change are the Countries with the Fascist orientation, I could be wrong about Iran however in light of the political situation there. The people hate the Mullahs, as indicated by the electoral defeat in local elections of the Tehran Government.

Iran.
With the breakthrough with N. Korea and the voice of the people speaking against their president in Iran about how the pres is too into other interests other than it's own people, I think he'll seek diplomatic progress with the US within the next 8 months

None of them. Their views are so strong and their hatred for us makes them see red that they will never reform because we told them to.
