For some reason it sounds legal but for a way it's not like cussing to like a 20 year old. Like let's say if I was 10 (which i'm not) and there was a 30 year old cussing at me and I dunno what the hell he was saying and repeat it at school and everywhere else.

Illegal? Not hardly. Freedom of speech is good through all ages from birth to death.

Ethical? Different story. If we are trying to produce a better breed of human being for our future's sake, we need to start by doing the little things (i.e. not "belittling" others by cussing).

I use ispq chat program and on there it is illegal for anyone under 18 to be on there. If one is found to be underage they are then banned from the program plus losing their money to buy the program......we, the other chatters, report anyone that admits in the room they are under age. They have no business in a chat room with adults, even say the room I use is called "Clean Chat" we still report them

It is completely legal.

However, it is most likely against the chat provider's terms of service.
