Hi there. Sometimes a miscarriage is not complete and there could be retained product of conception which leads to infection. There should be no foul odor. It would be like a very heavy period with hard cramping. Get checked by an ob-gyn doctor. You may need a d and c which is a dilation and cuterage (spelling?) in which the uterus is scraped for retained tissue. Your health is very important. May you get well soon.

The only reason there would be an ordor would be if you had an infection that caused a miscarriage. I'd be at the doctor's office rather than on the computer.

Yeast infections are common in early pregnancy and that will give off an odor. You may need to check with the doctor. If it smells cheese-like.. (sorry) then it is more likely a yeast infection. Hopes all goes well.

NO it is not a sign of a miscarriage. If you are having a miscarriage then you would experience cramping and bleeding. Odor is a sign of infection or uncleanliness. See your Dr. if you are worried. Take care of yourself.
