bobbi brown cosmetics usually has great how to videos and/or step by step process for make-up application. I normally apply a light ivory or white color all over my lid up to the brow bone. Then take a darker shade for the lid up to the crease, then smudge. apply eyeliner and mascara and then i am done.

put main light shadow on eye the just dab a little dark on the sides then blend also blue eyes use soft blues graysw/ blue tones will make your eyes pop out! also try pinks ,mauves ,purples also depending on your hair color will help determine colors you can wear. experiment w/ colors .
