They are doing this by putting some sort of liquid explosive in their drinking water. I have seen it a couple of times, it is a good film but i can't remember the name or who's in it. Any ideas please as it is driving me nuts trying to remember.

geez, I remember this one, they drink what seems to be water, they start getting red, flailing, and eventually they explode. I remember the first and last scenes with the hero were him defusing a bomb in a convertible. Been too long though.
