i have a school project to do, and i have to do a business plan and i have to know what i need to have before i start a business, like do i need a business permit to start a business and when i hire a vet, what do they need to have( vet license, medical license??)
please help, i cant find anything on the internet about this.

Before you hire anyone you need to apply for a small business loan. You need an idea of what place you have in mind to place the business or will you want to have a building built. Contacting a Realtor.You have to check with local authorities about codes.
The bank will want a business plan when you apply for money.
Check in your phone book or call your chamber of commerce for
referrals and more information.

why not contact either a vet or a library for that specific info.
