We just bought our GE Harmony dyer and it seems to be drying cold. Anyone have one and have the same problem?

Check your owners manual and make sure you have the settings right..If that don't work I would call the store where I bought it...

It sounds like you need to take it back. A new dryer should work, if you follow the directions (which you surely are!).
My personal experience with GE products over the past 30 years has led to me to believe that they just aren't very good (to put it nicely). Since you have a new dryer, this is the best time to get a model that will work for you.
