You need to drink water. You need water to wash. Water can be in the form of rain and snow. That affects your ability to drive.

If the *apparent* temperature falls below -35deg C (over 2000w/sm), I don't have to work outside.

However, I still despise the "it feels like" Wind Chill. The watts per square metre wind chill chart was easier to use, and made more sense.

Most people are 70% water. I have moved beyond that spiritually. It never touches my skin and I never drink anything that contains water.
