I would say use a breast pump and pump your milk into a bottle. Pump enough for her to get full off of.

You need to begin weening her now, so that a day care isn't calling you at work demanding you pick up the baby. Use a pump and although it may take a while, she will learn to take a bottle. With my 2 I found that the kind of flat round nipple was easier for them to take than a traditional bottle nipple. i think it's called an orthadonic nipple or something. The regular ones always gaged my babys because they were use to an actual breast. It will take patience but you can do it, and the sooner the better if you're going back to work.
Below is a link to an article on nipple confusion and ways to help the baby adjust to the bottle.

My baby wouldn't take anything but the breast either. You should just keep trying her on pumped breast milk and eventually she will take it. Get someone else to give her a bottle as she will want to nurse if you do it. offer her it at time when she is relaxed but not starving as she's more likely to get upset then. It took 4-5 tries before my daughter would take a bottle but after she did it the first time there was no more problems. hope this helps x x

No, don't panic you can pump your milk with a breast pump that is sold at all baby stores. You can pump enough milk so that the baby has enough to drink from the time you leave until the time you return home. Whoever is caring for the baby can put the breast milk in the bottle when the baby is ready for his/her bottle. Then when you get home you can continue breastfeeding normally. Don't forget to refrigerate the breastmilk some people freeze it but I don't recommend this.

I agree with the folks who have said that you'll want to use a breast pump and save up milk for while you are working. Of course, the problem still remains that your baby doesn't seem to want to take a bottle. My first thought is that a really hungry baby will take anything, but my second thought is that she/he may get so upset that she/he won't take anything.
I think you really need to go to an expert about this, rather than trusting us "answerers" with something so important. Call your pediatrician and/or a local chapter of the La Leche League. I've included a link to their web site in my sources. It has a "Resources" section with answers to breastfeeding questions and legal questions.

try expressing it with a breast pump and then freezing it. i don't kno how long the breast milk keeps for tho, look at my last asked question for the answer to that (booze and breastfeeding, in newborn &baby)
answers from my question that may help u: the general concensus was that breastmilk can be frozen up to 3 months (deep freeze) to defrost it heat it up in a pan on the hobs with a bit of water. number 1 tip? keep expressing all day long as much as u can when ur not feeding her/him or ur milk supply culd b super annoying n dry up..pain huh? hope this helped u.

Pump before you leave, breast milk freezes, then take the pump with you to work and a coolie bag. Talk to your boss to let them know that you'll need to be storing it while at work. If you work close enough to where the baby is while you are at work use your lunch break to nurse. More then likely you'll only be able to use your lunch break that's be something your employer can tell you.

See your midwife about hiring an electric breast pump and express your milk.I think its best to hire one first to make sure this suits you then you dont waste any money if it doesnt. Start weaning your baby on to the bottle of expressed milk to begin with. Even if its for tiny short periods to begin with. Then gradually build this up.You can buy teats in Boots that are nearest to nipple teats.Good luck.

realisticly you will not be able to go home and feed your baby whenever you need to. You will have to try and wean him/her off the breast . It will be good for your littlun and you in the long run. If the baby is hugry it will feed in the end. You need to be firm but gentle. start now as you need to take your time. will have ups and downs but will work in the end, Good luck.

use a breast pump and express it in a bottle if you really can't get home in time for the babies feeds. Have you tried your baby on a bottle (with your milk) to see if he/she will drink from it? (i know a baby that took time to adjust to a bottle teat) good luck.
