Ive been getting a helken worm intrusion from china..what can I do??

I have defender pro antivirus.. Recently Ive been getting intrusions from an ip address that ive tracked all the way to Bejing, China.
Ive looked the intrusion up and its a Helkan worm virus... Is there anything I can do?? Im running winxp pro w/sp2.. Can I ban this ip address from my cpu somehow??

get zonealarm firewall (www.zonealarm.com). It prevents intrusions. And also run a virus scan to get rid of the worm first.

No it is not the eager beaver that gets the worm. It is the early bird.
