I have never been able to burp... my mom says she doesnt remember if i really burped alot when i was a baby, but I can't now. I actually can't distinguish having to burp from having to vomit. It never bothered me too much before, i just didn't get a lot of gas... But Now that I am preggers, I get gas in my chest and feel like i have to vomit. but i found if i lay on my side the air kinda rolls out, but no burp. Anyone HEARD of someone else dealing with this??? ( I havent people just think im full of it ) and anyway to get me to actually burp? I have been practicing since im 5!!! HELP!

I have this exact same problem! It isn't much fun is it?
I think that as long as the gas rolls out, you will be fine- I suffered in my pregnancy with it, and not togive too much information away, my gas found another way out.

As long as it is being dispersed, you are okay.

I saw others mentioning 'drink fizzy drinks'...if you're like me don't try it- it makes the problem a whole lot worse! One glass of lemonade would leave me in agony for hours!

Can you take gas pills to help prevent gas (like bean-o) or gas relief pills to help the air come out the other end.

I'm preggo too and the amount of air/gas we carry is definitely NO FUN!

If and when you do get gas or indijestion take a teaspoon of baking soda and mix it with a ounce of warm water and down it. It doesn't taste good and look out. It works for my husband. I'm telling you IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!

Drink lots of things like soda. To be more specific try 7 up, pepsi, and root beer.
