I do both-- "brains" is what I do for money
But, I work with my hands as a hobby, and to release tension

actually, mindless repetitive work........ that way I can still let my brain do whatever it wants....... I hate having to concentrate on something boring like work, when I can be thinking about cool stuff instead........
