Glinda Dress?

I have to wear a dress for one night only!! Any ideas on what i can find in my closet that would work to look like Glinda or a fairy?(without wings)...Can you help please!?!?!?!?

I'd check out the local Goodwill and Salvation Army stores for a cheap, used prom dress.

I had a Glinda dress in 3rd grade. Fatman's Forest should have it, if one of those stores is in your area.
