To me 12:00 is straight a head and 3:00 is to my right and 6:00 is behind me and 9:00 is to my left. But right now its 9:00 and it will be 12:00 in 3 hours

what exactly are you asking? When is 12:00 as in respect to 1200 on a 24 hour time?

12:00 is Noon. 0:00 is midnight.
Think along the lines of the military 24 hour clock and you'll remember it.

under the FEMA emergency rules concerning time and practical uses thereof this govt agency has done away with 12:00. all citizens are required to remove the numbers form all chronometers (watches and clocks to you and I) of course watchmakers worldwide are up in arms

when the big hand and the little hand both point up. this has to be the stupid-est question i have ever seen on here. how old are you anyway? you can obviously type and spell but you cant tell time? jeez, did you parents have any kids that lived?
