Does it seem like to you that muslims hate the USA?

Question

If that is the case then why are the USA soldiers over there fighting to keep them from killing each other?
Am I missing something? On here they hate Americans, so why?
Don't they just leave?

They hate everyone, they have been in conflict with every culture they have ever contacted. Their isnt one culture they have ever embraced or been peaceful with in their entire history. The cancer that is islam will need to be confronted and pacified or destroyed.
It is specualted that 10% of Muslims are radical that would be around 100 million Muslims. I would think the % is higher but even 100 Million isnt a small number. The left wing press wants us to believe that is a small number who wish to kill us all but 100 million sounds like a dangerous number to me.
I dont think we would be there, I see no reason a non muslim should ever die to keep any of them alive or free, let them kill eachother off. It will be fewer we need to fight in the future.

Islam teaches that USA is "the beast", part of the adversaries they must "stand firm in the face of". USA and western culture conflicts with Islam. Christianity conflicts with Islam. USA is considered to be a Christian nation. USA soldiers are not fighting Islam. If we can believe what Bush told us, USA soldiers are fighting "terrorism" and liberating an oppressed people. Of course there is some reason to believe Iraq had nothing to do with terrorism, but at very least USA soldiers stopped the massacre of innocent people by disposing of Iraq's ruthless dictator.

Only Muslims that hate the USA hate the USA there are plenty that like the USA especially the ones living in the USA. The USA is an occupying force, and to many Muslims in Iraq they represent a Crusader type army and they think we want to convert them to Christianity. But that's not what we want, We just want their OIL !

the Americans are killing them over there...of course they hate them! Americans hate those crazy Muslim EXTREMISTS(who do not represent the entire Muslim population, by the way) who crashed that plane into the two towers and killed many innocent people, so isn't it the same? people going into someone else's country and killing the innocent citizens...looks the same to me. all they want is to STEAL the oil...though it seems to me that the war is more expensive than buying the oil like a civilized person. also, buying instead of stealing the oil might help him in the hereafter.

Muslims are still reeling from getting pushed out of europe 6 hundred years ago...since then the West has acsended and the muslim world has sank into kind of a weird barbaric funk. Very little advances in their civilization. Since America is seen as the leader of the western world they naturally hate us out of envy, etc. That's it in a nut shell, there are books written on this very subject, check them out, fascinating reading.

We need a little clarification here.

The U.S. military is deployed in Iraq for reasons unknown to anyone except George Bush and his croonies.

People "over there" have been killing each other for a long time, and now the U.S. is simply another player.

You're making really broad statements here not based on fact. There are plenty of Muslims in the U.S. They are an integral part of the country and many of them contrary to your belief, love the U.S., as do many Muslims overseas, as if it matters.

Iraq is not just a country full of Muslims. Other religions exist over there.

If more Americans would study up on other cultures of the world and try learning languages, maybe these sorts of mistakes wouldn't be made.

Some Muslims hate the U.S. Some Christians do. Some Jews do. Maybe even some Hindus.

If you happened to live in Iraq, and you know that the U.S. has been supplying weapons to people in your country, then those people kill your family, would you hate the U.S.? I would.

If your group in Iraq was given weapons, then you were happy because you had them, then suddenly the U.S. decides that instead of a friend, your group is an enemy, and kills your family, would you hate the U.S.? I would.

If your sister was raped and killed by a U.S. soldier, would you hate the U.S.? I would.

And none of those situations have to do with being a Muslim. That's how any human being reacts.

Anyway, pay attention and you'll realize that there are millions of Muslims in this world who live very peaceful lives and their whole intention is for world peace.

Don't go around spreading hate.

Are you missing something? That would have to be a resounding YES! DOH!
If you think for one second that US troops are in Iraq to stop them from killing each other then you are exactly what Bush is after a gullible media sheep. Congratulations. The troops where sent there under the information that there was weapons of mass destruction, that i may add never existed. The troops are there trying to gain power of pipe lines, oil and money honey. Bush could care less about Iraqi civilians. Get your troops out get them home, no one wants them there.
No one said all Muslim hate Americans, that would be like me saying all Americans hate Muslims, would that be a true statement?
If you don't like your troops being over there complain to Bush don't complain to Muslims who don't want them there in the first place. Grow up a little and don't be so naive.

Oh and just for your information Muslim come in every color from every nationality and every country on earth. I am a white, blue eyed, scottish muslim woman and have never set foot in Iraq or Iran or Afganistan. I do however love my brothers and sister and will not stand by for you to say such rasist and hateful things. There are Americans born and breed who are muslims, there are french born and raised muslims, there are white, black, chinese, german, Canadian, Brazilian, Australian etc etc etc get the picture.

Hate is a strong word...considering Islam has the second largest religious following in the world. Matter of fact, the US has a large Islamic population that do not fit your middle-eastern stereotype. Some followers believe that we are threatening their way of life. Religion is meant to be a lifestyle rather than a fashion statement. The effects of Imperialism is felt the world over.

That statement is not true. All Muslims do not hate the U.S. All Muslims are not radical. Did you know that Muslims come in all nationalities? Not just people in Iraq and Iran, there are Russian Muslims too. The basis on which radical Muslims go off on, are not necessarily the teachings of the Quran.
