i'm being really serious, ok? in june i'm going to this pool party and i really need some good tips on how to get flatter abs and slimmer legs within now and that time!!!! I'm definitley NOT fat, but i just want to have a better bikini body!!!!

Eat right (no junkfood ever), exercise by walking or jogging.

You have plenty of time...You can do a tone up in 6 weeks.

You don't need a video either. You can look up simple exercises on line.. I love Denise Austin's website.

Look into pilates

Also just go walking.

Sounds like you need to tone up with weights and build up muscle..muscle will fill in and make you look nice

You'll need a lot of exercise that are designed to tone those muscles. Go to a gym and maybe you can ask a trainer or someone what equipment to use so that you can tone the muscles you want.

The best way is to do sit-ups. I do 25 reps 3 times a day.

Squats, leg lifts, sit ups, side sit ups.
or just don't eat like a pig.

Eat more fruit, jog, swim, and do sit-ups. That's the quickest way to a nicer body.

sit-ups & "crunches"-- lots of them
bicycling for the legs
