Advantages are that it is fully integrated already with your Access Db. It gives you pre-formatted style choices can easily be edited or updated within your system. Saves Time over manually created reports.

Disadvantage..flexibility I suppose. You may get a bit more functionality or bells and whistles with a report specific tool such as Crystal Reports or Active Reports. Or you could design your report from scratch within Access without using the Wizard
