the best cosplay costumes are ones that you make yourself or have someone custom make. that can get expensivet though. you have to buy all the supplies and the ntake the time to actually make it. some simple cosplays are that hard. my bro dressed as sid highwind. all he needed were gloves, goggles, and a staff. it wasn't that expensive or time consuming. so basically just visit your local craft store.
