Video games are healthy, as long as its not an addiction. Too much of anything can be a bad thing.
Anger-people who get angry during video games have anger issues. Like that guy who killed his daughter when he thought she made him lose his game. If someone gets angry when playing video games, then they need help more an emotional problem.
Vision-some gamers have bad vision, some don't. There was a poll on gamefaqs, a signifgant amount who particapted had 20/20.
Also, there are intelligent games. Brain age is a great game that uses your mind not skill.
The only bad aspects are a) spending too much time playing and neglecting work, chores, errands, family and friends. Then its a problem. b)when little kids play them too much. Kids younger than six or seven shouldn't be playing them. The older, then the better. No reason to let a kid play 3-4 hours on a school night playing video games. That is bad.

i agree with korky kool. i think you should play a game with mystery and clues . they help your brain. try to find a game with strategies you have to find out for yourself like the the lion the witch and the wardrobe or spyro the dragon or games.....
these are the only two fun games i have for ps2....
i know... it stinks....
but...

on my opinion,it depends on what kind of games u play.if u play hardcore games u will learn nothing play something with mystery and clues.
