They don't need one. If they DID then they simply fire the one they currently have and hire a new one. Brian Billick is a good coach. Heck if he hadn't taken over as the off. coordinator then they may not have made the playoffs.

They wont be getting a new one for a while Billick signed a long term extention. If you are talking about Rex Ryan the d- coordinator who may get the San Diago job they may hire some one else but they usually promote from within the organization.

Why would they want a new one? He got them to the playoffs. They had a great defense this year like always and he fixed the offense by firing their offensive coordinator and calling the plays himself.
