In response to the first person to answer. Grissom did not go to Miami. He sent Willows and Brown down there, so as far as that episode is concerned, they didn't meet. However, Grissom did mention things about Caine that would lead you to believe they have met in the past.

LOL, great topic! I can see Horatio performing all his ridiculous theatrics, and sunglasses OCD behavior, with Grissom quietly observing him, with a wrinkled brow. I can also see Horatio doing the aforementioned, with Gibbs staring blankly, then cuffing him on the back of the head! I think Alex should hook up with Ducky (I think he nips Scotch on the side), and Abby should definitely meet Greggo from CSI-Vegas!

I think they did meet. There was a introduction episode of CSI for CSI : Miami the cast of CSI had a case that led them to Miami and when they got there the CSI Miami cast was there to help them.
