Technically, no border because the Philippine Islands is off the major Asian mass of land. However, on the North of the Philippines is Taiwan / China and on the South is Malaysia / Indonesia. On the East is the China Sea and on the west is the Pacific Ocean.

The Philippines has no borders with any foreign countries because it is a group of islands (islands are a land mass surrounded by water) with no foreign country occupying any part of the group.

technically the philippines is not borderd by any land/contry... to the north the philippines is bordered by the international seas of china sea of taiwan to the east the pacific ocean separates the philippines to about 100 nautical miles of openseas as mandated to every country with openseas. to the south we are boardered by the seas of malaysia as well as to the east towards the philippine sea.
