She is a 32c right now but she wants to get implants so they look better but doesnt want to go bigger then a C. is that possible?

She doesnt want them bigger she just wants them more perky and to make the shape better but if they put implants in wont they get bigger no matter what

So are you saying she just wants implants to firm up and fill out her breasts rather adding size? Even with small implants, she will get a volume increase, but maybe only half a cup size. So she will still technically be a C cup, but a full C cup as opposed to a regular C cup.
She needs to see a plastic surgeon to find out if this is viable, she could just have small implants placed behind the breast tissue or muscle to give increased firmness and a little bit of a lift to the breasts. This will fill them out and make them more perky.

If she's already a C cup and doesn't want to go bigger than that, I think the only option she has is to get a breast lift with no implant.

i don't think so
32 is just the width of her chest, while the letter, C, is the cup size
the only way for her to get bigger breasts would be to go bigger than a C
unless she just wants implants to make the shape, not size, of her breasts better

I think that she might be trying to attract more guys or probably you so you got to tell her that you love her just the way she is. Besides haven't you ever heard of people that get addicted to plastic surgery?? Its possible and I'm sure that you don't want a fake girlfriend do you. Also it is probably very pricey and if she gets this done it will probably cost you many dinner dates, movie dates etc. Take the advice!!! Take it from a girl that is in the know!!!

it depends on whether or not they sag, it will depend a lot on your current opinion of her if you guys are serious about each other. do you know if she is serious? maye she just needs for you to tell her that you think she's beautiful the way she is, and if this is the case, THEN YOU BETTER BE TELLING HER OFTEN AND MAKE SURE TO SHOW IT OR SHE MAY DO SOMETHING SHE WILL REGRET LIKE GETTING IMPLANTS, she might have low self esteem and rather than implants, need love and encouragement. you should know....if your all that close.

WHY? A woman's breast don't define her as a woman. Plus you have to take into account the dangers of the implants.
Do some google.com research on implants and the dangerous after effects.

well we are suing a doctor over this very matter. THe surgeon used silly putty instead of silicone. My gf went from a 32c to a 44 long.

She could go to a larger c size. There is alot of information on this subject, just search it out, from before and after pictures, to procedures, etc etc.

yeah you can make them perkier and not bigger. you secretly know that you want her to have nicer boobs, but at the same time, you think if she gets them too nice, she might leave you or someone else might want her and she will go with them.
