First, I'm glad to see that you are doing this for yourself. Next, I am a middle schooler and can offer you some great advice. [seeing as I am overweight and lost 36 pounds by myself]. The best thing you can do for your body is to keep track of what and how much you're eating. Try writing down EVERYTHING that you put into your mouth. This will help you realize how much you're really eating.
Little by little, try to cut down your portions and replacing snacks with fruits and veggies [sorry, you have to learn to love them]. Also, incorporate easy exercise regularyly. After homework go for a bike ride of play some DDR. All the little stuff you do really adds up. Trust me!!!

Here are some great tips:
-Eat a healthy diet including 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
-Excercize for 30-60 minutes each day
-Eleminate most junk food.

Don't really worry about your body, I bet you look beautiful already! You still have the rest of your life to fret about your looks! I remember middle school and it was more of a time for friendship and happiness, not drama and worry! Eat balanced meals, get plenty of sleep and be active and you have nothing to worry about! I personally dance to keep in shape.

Im in middle school (6th grade) and im already skinny and good looking but for you try working out when you can and eat healthier but if i were you that would be hard for me to do but then again im athletic and if you are then you already have a head start. OKkkk! =)

thinner for middle school? never heard of it. how do you make your memory last longer is the question? how do you raise your gpa? what afterschool programs are you going to join? dont worry about weight unless its a health risk.

just wear wut looks best on u i know alot of big girls hoo r in the popular crowd btw dont worry about losin weight cafeteria food will make u regain it most middle schools foods are like 10x's more greasy
