I did one of those last year-well mostly garbage dump. We found small metal garbage cans and filled them with snacks and hotdogs in buns.We used toy garbage trucks and made hot fudge sundaes with everything possible as a topping in them-each boy had his own truck full of ice cream.
We played guess what piece of garbage this is? Everyone was blindfolded and a banana covered in peanut butter was passed around, a baggie full of jello-(like a small waterbed) a bowl of cornflakes, an old fur hat of mine-that was a big hit everyone thought it was road kill.
Then we played hit the window with wet toilet paper and if it sticks you win. get a handful of toilet paper get it wet and squishy and toss it at the window.
