This is how you would do it.

"Wisdom is a fountain to one who has it, but folly is the punishment of fools" (New Oxford Annotated Bible).

Use your quote from the Bible. Then in paranthesis, put the name of your Bible, not the author.

First things first there is no works cited page in APA it is called a Reference page. The word reference is in caps and centered.

As for the Bible I'm not sure. I checked the manual and couldn't find anything.
