I go to a highschool in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan and i'm going to host a girl from Japan. Besides take her out to have a hamburger, what activities should i plan? I'd love as many suggestions as possible.

You should show her what you usually do. When I was an exchange student, I wished my host family could take me with them on errands. She'll learn a lot more that way.
Show her not only your McDonalds, but your KFC and your Italian restaurants. Heck, take her to a Japanese restaurant.
That way, she can see how those places are different in America.
Let her cook, of course. You could teach her how to make some dishes. Bake a cake with her.. since a lot of Japanese homes don't have ovens, she'll learn more.
Find out what Prefecture she is from. If she is from Shiga prefecture, play on that. Michigan and Shiga are "sister states" because of the lakes.
Take her to sports. I suggest Baseball, Soccer, and Football. The first two are Japanese favorites, and Football is a little foreign to them.
Finally, show her American television. It sounds silly, but she might be very interested in what shows are popular here. Show her some Who Wants To Be A Millionaire (they have a version of it over there), some American Idol, and some anime. I suggest the anime not because I think she loves anime or anything, but because she might not realize that tiny little Japan could possibly have an impact on America.
My host sisters didn't believe it, either.

Take her to a movie and to a really nice mall. My old high school just got some exchange students and thats where my friend took them. Introduce her to some of your friends and maybe go to a park or something. SKATEPARK

This might sound unusual but take her to a profesional wrestling match now it is not the peek of culture and I hope you take her to museams and concerts but dont forget to show her the down home america corny and embaressing america too. let her get the whole picture

I say take here to the museum. Maybe even take her to the mall thats something i like doing take her to fashion shows or go test driving cars actin like your gonna buy one (My friend and I did that once) think of somethin very creative
