In case of emergency or just to get you by for awhile, a couple tablespoons white vinegar in a gallon of water.
A Word To The Wise: Don't use dish soap, it dries sticky.

Do you mean what kind of cleaning liquid, or the thing you use to clean with? You can use metholated spirits to clean your floors, or soap and water (washing up detergent) if you use metho add about three quarters to a cup of metho to a bucket of warm water, with a few drops of detergent. Or just use an old rag. Like a washer woman :-)

you can hoover the floor´s first before you mop or there are other ways with a sponge wringer . or the good old fashioned way on your hands and knees scrub, scrub, scrub.
