I was born here in the U.S. but my mom and dad are both from Central America. So am I considered a Latin-American?

Well you are an American because you were born in America, but your background and ethnicity would be considered Hispanic. My family is Panamanian and I consider myself Hispanic even though I was born in America.

yes you are of hispanic origin so you're an american, but you're race is latino or hispanic, whatever you prefer
